Bryan Shelstad – Director of Digital Development, Land O’ Lakes

Bryan Shelstad is the Director of Digital Development at Land O’ Lakes, where his team works to drive digital transformation and a cloud, mobile-first customer engagement strategy. In his role, Bryan manages application development in the Land O’ Lakes web development and user experience group. Prior to this role, Bryan held senior IT roles at Boston Scientific and 3M Company. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, where he also obtained his MBA.


Todd Surdey- SVP of Platform Sales at Salesforce

Todd Surdey is the Senior Vice President of Independent Software Partners for Salesforce, where he leads worldwide sales with companies that are developing and launching apps that are built on or connect into Salesforce technology and platforms. The Independent Software Partner team is in the business of building business by supporting companies that want access, support with Salesforce technology, marketing and business development. This support is driven with key programs including AppExchange, the ISV Program and ISV Communities.

Prior to Salesforce Todd was at VMware for almost 5 years in a few different roles that included interim COO for acquired companies, which was called Emerging Products. Todd also led Alliances and Channels across all of VMware and ran Business Development for vCloud Air where he was responsible for global expansion of VMwares public cloud computing service (IaaS). Additionally, Todd was the SVP of Enterprise Solutions for Pivotal where he played an instrumental role in developing and launching the Pivotal business into the market.

Prior to joining VMware, Todd was with SAP for just under 7 years where he was the GM & Global Vice President of the Field Services Software organization. He was responsible for leading a worldwide sales team and developing the strategy for software and software related services. Todd has also held management and sales positions at BEA, TIBCO Software and Netscape Communications.
